How do I set the clock on my microwave?
To set the clock on your microwave follow these steps:
  • Press Clock
  • Enter the time of the day
  • Press Clock again to confirm
How do I lower the power level of my microwave?
To lower the power level of your microwave follow these steps:
  • Enter the amount of time you want to cook for
  • Press Power to indicate you are lowering the power level
  • Press the number corresponding to the power level you would like to select (EX: 5 for 50%)
  • Press Start
  • To confirm power level press power during the cooking cycle and the power level will display (EX: 50 for 50%, 100 for 100%)
Why does my microwave have a smell?
Microwaves often have a smell when they are first put into use or, after being used, due to food odors. To resolve the issue please take the following steps.
  • Place 2 cups of water in a microwave safe dish
  • Add the juice of 2 lemons
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes
  • Let the water rest for 1-2 minutes
  • Wipe out the microwave with a clean dry cloth
  • Repeat as necessary
What is the small silver board in my microwave?
This board is a micaboard or waveguide. It is designed to cover the oven air vent of your microwave. Its purpose is to ensure your food heats evenly, while preventing spills or splatters from getting into the inner workings of your microwave.
How does the timer option work?
  • The timer is an independent timing function and will not heat your food.
  • Please note the timer will count down for only 3 seconds and then revert to the clock.
  • The timer alert will sound at the end of the set time
  • If you attempt to set a second timing session while one is running in the background the microwave will start heating instead.
My keypad is bubbling and peeling, how do I fix this?
  • The keypad of your microwave comes with a protective film to ensure it’s not scratched during shipment. The film is designed to be removed with all other packing material.
  • Slowly lift and peel away the worn and bubbling film and you will reveal the unblemished keypad underneath
How do I replace a missing part for my new microwave?

What is the warranty of my microwave?
  • Your microwave has a 1 year warranty
  • To apply the warranty you must have the Retail receipt
  • The unit must be purchased from an authorized retailer

Why is there sparking in my microwave?
  • Sparking is often caused by microscopic deposits on the silver board on the right hand side of your microwave. This board is commonly called a micaboard. To resolve this issue please follow these steps.
    • Carefully slide out the micaboard, be careful not to break it
    • Wipe the micaboard down on the both sides with a damp cloth and mild detergent
    • Pat the micaboard down with a dry cloth
    • Place the micaboard back over the oven air vent

Troubleshooting

My unit will not heat
  • Please ensure that you are not pressing the timer button prior to entering in the time.

My unit will not power on
  • Check to ensure that the product has not overheated. Leave it unplugged for 30 minutes and then plug it back in.
  • Check the outlet to ensure it still has power

My microwave makes a rattling noise
  • Ensure that the unit is plugged in to a three pronged properly grounded outlet
  • Remove the glass tray and roller ring and wipe down the bottom of the microwave.
  • Realign the roller ring and glass tray.

The keypad of my microwave double beeps or doesn’t respond
